What Are Your Casting Preferences?

I've been watching a few different organisations streaming and casting some amazing TF2 recently, and looking at older YouTube videos as well. It got me thinking about all the different bits and bobs we can put on the screen for viewers and the amazing tools that've been developed recently, but I don't think anyone has ever really got a good idea for what people prefer to watch - it's always just the streamer/org's decision.
Which of these things do you like seeing onscreen during casts? What should be added/taken away?
