- Fixed erroneously being warned that leaving a bootcamp match will result in an abandon penalty.
- Fixed servers running tf_mm_strict 2 mis-handling bootcamp matches.
- Fixed servers running arena mode constantly entering and exiting the pre-round state while empty.
- Fixed servers failing to recover properly from crashing while running a bootcamp match.

JillThe primary change we are testing is late joins -- if a player drops prior to the round starting, the game will pull new players in from the queue rather than forcing everyone out. The game server may still give up after about two minutes if no players are available.
We've also fixed a number of bugs related to erroneous abandon penalties and failing to join games.
So get in there, and let us know how it goes!
