If anyone wants an update, the players voted if they wanted to play in the EPL or the PEA, and the players voted for the EPL. So PEA is probably done for.

To catch up everyone on what's going on, back in September, a bunch of NA orgs like C9, TSM, CLG, etc. announced the Professional Esports Association, or PEA.
The PEA was going to host a CS:GO league that had revenue sharing, big prize pools, and such. The league would also be controlled by the team owners. The players however didn't even know about the PEA until the day before it was announced. They were a bit skeptical, but they were told by the owners that the league would be transparent with the players, along with working with the players to ensure that they and everyone can work together. They also said that the league wouldn't be exclusive despite some fears.
Around IEM Oakland (early November), the players heard rumors that the PEA and the team owners wanted to force them to withdraw from the ESL Pro League, one of the big CS:GO leagues in the circuit. They eventually got SirScoots to represent them in the discussions, and Scoots was able to confirm that the PEA indeed wanted them out of the EPL. They tried to discuss with the PEA, but they weren't given the full details.
Finally, when they asked the owners on why the owners can say what events they can go to or not, the owners said "Its in your contracts", despite the players always choosing on their own terms on what events/league they want to play in. They weren't given any further details. Because of all of this, the PEA broke their promise on being truthful and offering transparency along with the promise of the league not being exclusive. The players have therefore decided to publish the letter to let the community know about their situation.
The players from C9, TSM, CLG, Immortals, and Team Liquid have signed the letter that was published. They also hope that the players from the two other teams in the PEA (NRG and Complexity) also join them as well.
I would highly encourage everyone to read the letter to hear about the full story.
Also, just recently, seang@res said he's getting cut from TSM due to the letter:
They might release it after ESA LAN to avoid causing a big meta change before the LAN.
Modmic + Sennheiser 598/ATH-M50x headphone is a good option if you want to spend a bit more. But if you want to keep within your budget the HyperX Cloud 1 or 2 is also a good option.
4 CIS teams at the major inc.

Gonna try it and see how it is. Really liked the movement in the 1st game. They've also added a lot of diversity with weapons and Titans for Titanfall 2.
Infiltration, Tokido, and Daigo got knocked down to the lower bracket
What's happening

HyperX Cloud 2 is much better at it's price than Logitech's headset, so I'd go with HyperX
The law if passed will require all ISPs to collect browsing history from every person that uses it, and it can be accessed by the government if requested.

There's a petition to repeal the bill, which I would highly recommend anyone from the UK to sign.
Probably because tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and they usually do updates on Thursdays
