#13 i love -frags in Off Topic
viletrying to have a serious discussion about a loaded topic and this is what happens. good one, tf.tv community.

The same with any other community that has comments with points. The ones with more plus frags are already viewed favorable (unconscious or otherwise) by the reader for the person even begins to look at the text itself.

#50 Funding competitive prizepools through items in TF2 General Discussion
KanecoI could easily argue this has been one of the best and most mature and creative communities I have been a part of.

I think the distinction in my eyes is that Valve has a well documented history of supporting Counter Strike and Dota as competitive games. Team fortress is a money maker for valve (in the form of keys), and they likely wont see any revenue from an item like this.

#490 ESEA's possible demise? in TF2 General Discussion
synchroSoapYou know its bad when a company can install a malware system on your computer and there is still large support to keep giving them business. This right here is what I'm talking about, going in circles; we're way past the malware talk bud, try to keep up.

Its not in circles and its exactly what I am talking about. I don't see how someone could justify continuing to do business with a company that does this.

Not only the fact that ESEA has time and time again put TF2 on the backburner for Counter Strike. (and rightfully so I suppose)

chiveHow do you think a business gets repeat customers? Quality service, which often comes with friednliness.

Obviously not, since ESEA continues to have teams signing up. Guess cornering the market does wonders

#143 Who's following the NFL? in Off Topic
PUFFBroncos defense is shit but Peyton is clutch...I expect the broncos to be down by a few scores at halftime but the messiah will dominate in the last 2 quarters and win.

Omaha!

I think the Denver defense is a bit better than people think. although, losing Von miller on LB was a huge blow.

Denver's offense is just too good to be beat right now I think.
