I mean yeah its kinda a mess but you cant really give them shit for it. Outside of a couple of old school players (sigma, ggglygy, tyranny) there is like zero actual tf2 players in the area, or in Alberta at all. This is built for pubbers from the ground up. Its not meant to be serious, its meant to be something that the average person can join in on and play, and 3v3 koth is 100% that.

It actually makes sense to host a 3v3 tournament at a rather obsucre event that might get like 2 or 3 actual players. That being said, them defending ther reasoning with "we have people who have won multiple tournaments" and "extine supports it" are really really terrible reasons, because the second you get a competent player at the event and throw them on scout or sniper it is more or less over. But you really cant give them too much shit because how many of you are actually going to go and show up anyways?
