smziplaying half an hour of dm a day will benefit you more than grinding it for 5

2 things I'd like to say though
remove footstep sounds on cloaked spies
and
deadringer gun spy might be worthwhile enough to run more often than it has been.
It requires really good aim (obviously) to do damage that's at best identical to a scout. If you aim good with hitscan, you might as well play scout and enjoy the double jump. I think the amby + dead ringer nerfs werent needed.

From your class/weapon bans and the map shape I would have thought that it'd be extremely difficult to make kritz effective by getting multiple picks as anyone can jump anywhere and there are no chokepoints. But I didn't play.
When you say ubers build in no time, do you mean that the build speed is altered?

That needles thing is a real bummer, but yeah you can't alter the game behavior sadly. I think having plasma like projectiles is always nice.
Why don't you ban the loose cannon following the same argument then? Like stickies it's really easy to make an explosion det in the air and hit the ball.
One last question : I understand you want this gamemode to reward mechanics, would you say it's only that or is there team decisions to make like in 6s?

What about other mediguns (besides vacc who is bad for this mode for obvious reasons)?

I "kind of " play windjammers. It's not a fighting game BUT it behaves the same way. You've got a basic move set (2 buttons + stick) and it's about choosing the right move depending on what the opponent does. A good intro to the genre
So player_hurt events are a community request above sticky det bug?
funny how cow mangler gets unbanned (in esea) but no decision on xbow has been made.
Also, how about an essentials.tf cup without xbow?
