I think it's a decent sidegrade too, but I preferred when it wasn't possible to lay traps with it.
Also the decreased charge time is super good. Think areas like process mid or viaduct or snake mid where you often go for long range shots, it does make a big difference.
Overall the weapon does not really need a rework. I'd much rather see scottish resistance being buffed than qb changed.
Spy changes are quite bad, especially Amby, but the rest of the changes seem okay-ish, I guess?

Thing is many NA teams are trash by froyo standards, as trash as EU teams are by se7en standards.
EU or NA, you'll always have 2 teams max/continent able to compete at the very top. EU had epsi/broder, seven/full tilt, NA had mixup/Froyo and EVL/Froyo.
So of course people will advocate going to the closest/cheapest event. Too bad neither se7en nor froyotech reached their goals of 'self sustaining orgs'. Maybe delivering t shirts in time would have helped?
