#5 trying to center the crosshair in Q/A Help
Montyhttp://pastebin.com/WKDeHM0h

Hooray, I'm useful

It doesent seem to work, the only thing it does for me is switch the viewmodels on and off, but thats it, I cant switch to anything else. Apparently weapon 1 and weapon 2 are "unknown commands"

#1 trying to center the crosshair in Q/A Help

I really need help with this. I use a 1680x1050 resolution I need to change this, but I dont know how to get it into the center.

"controlName" "CExLabel"
"fieldName" "ThinCircle"
"visible" "1"
"enabled" "1"
"zpos" "2"

"xpos" "c-100"
"ypos" "c-96"
"wide" "200"
"tall" "200"

Also, I wanted to have a weapon script for my solly.
RL with viewmodel and lerp 15.2
shotgun with no viewmodel lerp 33.0
melee viewmodel lerp 15.2

Im not used to do the 1 and 2 buttons. I usually use Q and the scrolls. I know how to make the 1 and 2 scripts but not the Q and scrolls. Halp

#64 Share your story on getting into comp in Q/A Help

I started getting into competitive because I saw the Pubs vs Pros 2009 (the one coL was in) I was so amazed by the level of play and I wanted to be just really good at the game. Then I started watching coL and other teams play in ESEA. It was very interesting.

#56 Pocket LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

I'm going to give my honest opinion on him:

I was probably the first guy who tried out Trademark. He wanted to be on my team because I apparently "crushed" a backup of ego on mge, which is not a big deal and all because I suck at TF2 either way. I played newbie mixes with him and tried him out for scrims. Yes, he did kind of bad in them but I still believed that he could get better if he scrimmed more with my team. What I realized is that he may sometimes have a overconfident attitude and when a better player comes in he just gets frustrated. I soon found a better experienced pocket and decided to take him of course, although I still wanted to help him to get better. I told him about what happened:

Trademark: lol, ok
Trademark: I'm just gonna remove you now okay?
Wowzers: Okay.....

He just completely rejected me. I wanted to help him but instead he just walks off just because he did not get the starting spot. Instead he throws me away like trash and moves on. This irritated me very much. I'm not hating on Trademark at all, its just sometimes he can have an attitude which irritates me.

He just needs to improve on his attitude and work on his overall play of 6s. He's trying TOO HARD to find a team. I agree with some people saying he should just play in Steel, he needs to get experience under his belt. I too need to get tons of experience under my belt too. He should just keep playing with other people who are 6s oriented so he could adapt. He needs to find a group of players that would actually have the patience to help him improve. Just like how Cadsmar, Zuni, Paul, and my others pals did with me. And I can honestly I've improved alot over those 2 months. He's just rushing things thats it. He needs to get EXPERIENCE.

Overall, he's just a player whos trying to improve, but he's just forcing himself and rushing himself to get into competitive TF2 like he know's the basics but doesent realize theres more to it. His impatience and rushfullness lead him to bad decisions which lead him to become a bad image. He just needs to slow down and learn the basics.

Yo Cyzer, thanks for doing this for all the newbies out there like me.

This was our first scrim so It was a little bit shabby every now and then. I just started playing pocket, I used to roam. Hope you can reach out to me and review my demo. :) This was a scrim against an experience steel team. Victorious Secret.

#1 Looking for Roaming/Pocket mentor in Mentoring

I'm Wowzahs. I've recently just got into Competitive TF2 5 months ago. I have a real good basis on what TF2's responsibilities and roles are. I main Roamer soldier but I'm playing for my pocket on my team (which I really need advice on). I really just want to improve my game and probably get some improvement on DM later. I'm hoping to find atleast people who have atleast have experience on an ESEA team and can give me some tips and tricks. I have played alot of lobbies and I'm going to play in ESEA next season. So I really wanna get my game up.
