Ericaierasorry dude i want this thread to die but 4:3 doesn't give you any more vertical fov than widescreenbearodactyli thought 4:3 sacrificed horizontal fov for more vertical fov whereas . . .correct

He was saying it gives you more vertical FOV than fov_desired 75 (which it does as fov_desired 75 gives 75 vertical FOV and 4:3 stretched gives 90) but thanks for reviving the thread :)

Because you still want 90 vertical FOV /You are attached to the stigma that fov_desired 75 is inherently bad.
