5 games in a row been against cheating snipers...
No offence to any of these players, they’re all better than me... but shouldn’t corsa be on a way better team?
killing for your friends during picking should warrant a much more severe consequence imo. it wastes so much time and prevents more pugs from being played on any given night. ive seen 5 kills in a row preventing people from playing for an hour before and nothing was done about it.
boxcartbh we should remove viaduct and add one of the new maps (imo propaganda looked like the best but i only saw it through spectators eyes) to make it a more uniform map pool and make it easier on teams since we all have to scrim like 2-3 different maps a night now, it's much easier to go from snakewater to metalworks then it is to go from process to viaduct. also i feel like we should either remove 2 maps from the pool or add another banning stage to the vetos for regular season matches to remove some of the RNG for matches. IMO i think the ideal map pool for next season would be process, gullywash, snakewater, metalworks, sunshine, propaganda, and badlands or keep granary and cardinal in the rotation and let each team ban 4 maps.
wtf via is sick
separatist dreams among the majority of Québécois are dead (to the benefit of Quebec and Canada). flag should probably be removed from tftv or add every state/province/territory flag.
Definitely not. Given similar circumstances a more intelligent player will be better than a less intelligent player. It’s not very evident in tf2 because there are some seemingly unintelligent players near the top due to the size of the scene. In csgo intelligence plays a bigger role. Hence why teams with crazy aimers often get beat by tactical teams with smarter players.
ArieYou'll be fine if you're also getting a decent GPU.
yea, luckily I grabbed an EVGA 1070 SC for CAD$340 so i should be good!
SetsulExactly, if you're on integrated graphics you're on of the chosen few for whom the GPU is actually the limiting factor.
yea the comparison between my current gpu vs the one ill have in my new system is actually insane... basically 7x better performance

thanks for the feedback guys, definitely gonna just stick with my 2600x.
while I have you guys here, I'm reading weird things about ryzen and ram speeds. on reddit people were saying to get b die ram from samsung or something like that? also should I go with x470 or b450? I don't mind spending a bit more if x470 is gonna future proof my rig better.
Just ordered a 2600x for a new build and I feel like I’m gonna regret it...
47% faster single core speed over my current processor which barely breaks 100 fps avg 640x480 lowest settings doesn’t really seem good enough considering I’ll be getting a 240hz monitor in the distant future.

I feel like this processor is gonna dip below 200 on midfights and pubs/hl 720p low settings. Should I return it before I build my pc and go for an 8600k and OC to 4.6+?
I honestly just assumed I’d be able to OC 2600x to 4.5 and didn’t do the research before I bought it. What do you guys think?
On a side note csgo currently runs so much better than tf2 on my shitty little laptop that used to run tf2 no problem for years. At what point does valve do something about the degrading performance of this game? It gets worse every major update without fail.
fuck valve who tf plays virtual card games in 2018
