This is the config to disable ragdolls pretty much. If anything is different from this, it could be a factor in it. Possibly the gibs too, if you have that turned off somewhere.
This reminds me of those fanboy videos people make when OPTIC QUICKSCOPES or whoever are in their Call of Duty lobby with the person making the video.
Should make the outlines not visible when in plain view, I.E. only see the outlines through walls. Unless you can tweak the outlines based on distance. It was too bold to see some players at distances in plain view. Like mentioned as Cyzer as sniper above.

You guys also have to take into the fact of the maps themselves. They weren't built for bunnyhopping. Yeah, if you could maintain the aspect ratios of the speeds it would seem like a good idea, but that just means rolling out would last significantly less. Just pushing in general would completely be changed because these spawn distances would essentially become shorter since bunnyhopping would decrease the time it takes for a team to get back into the fights. It may seem like a slight thing, but it would be a huge change to the meta, for good or bad. It also, as stated before, puts up more of a barrier between comp and pubs. The reason why games like LoL and Dota got so big is because the competitive game IS the public game. TF2 already has a gap, why make it bigger?
What would be the point of bunny hopping? It would render the class thats meant to go fast useless and thats a just an alright change? No. Why change the game with a mechanic that just destroys the little class balance we have now? I don't think you want a pyro going at SCOUT speeds to bhop up to you and one shot you with the puff and sting. Or even a heavy flying out of no where, spinning up in mid air to rain a hail of bullets onto you. It just would not, and will never be practical. The reason why bhopping is more practical in games like Quake is because there are no classes. There's no restriction to what a person can do. Here, there is.
