This is the 144hz one right? I have had this too but only on specific video players, namely netflix (not sure if it was through the website or the Win 8 app) and HBO Go. It's some issue between the player and the 144hz monitor refresh rate. If I tune the monitor down to 120hz (or if that doesn't work 60hz) it fixes for me.

I just want a team with no ragers primarily. I want to have some fun with some chill people. I'll play any combat class. Best to worst, probably: pocket > roamer > scout = demo.

I'd prefer to play in IM, maybe open for the right people. While I do want a chill team, I also want to improve. I like to receive criticism, just don't want the game to become not fun because everyone gets angry all the time.

Are people not allowed to have valid opinions because they lack backgrounds in paid design work? You make it sound like you know something that everyone else doesn't. It would help you if you used your enlightened knowledge to explain why the very valid "well rounded posts" are incorrect instead of telling people they don't know what they are talking about.

The upload dropped but not as drastically (I think it was maybe 25 or 20 Mbps up on ethernet, and I get 15 or so on the powerline). The connection is certainly reliable and consistent (in my experience).

I use powerline right now and streaming works fine, ping as far as I can tell is the same as if I were using ethernet. The only difference is that my bandwidth is significantly reduced, although I am unsure of the exact reason why. On my home's network ethernet gets 110 Mbps down or so, but when I am powerline it drops to about 30 (this doesn't really matter though, since 30 is still plenty). I am guessing it is some combination of a bottleneck caused by the connector itself/the powerlines in my house.

But in my experience it is preferable to wifi considerably. I have no lag/ping issues, feels like I am on ethernet.

I was invited to by his teammate to play 2v2 or something with them, after probably 3 minutes he leaves for unknown reasons. A few days later when we tried to scrim his team I couldn't join their server because Waldo had banned me.
