I've found that I've changed what I want my life to be (consider I'm speaking from 21 years of experience and that's it) several times, and who I am, and what I enjoy, with both extremes of motivation and caring about the above.
I feel it all comes down to a solid realization of the concept that the life you lead is up to solely you, and what you are and what you accomplish can only arise out of your doing.
That being said, I have one suggestion for you to try, and I'm sure something good will come of it:
Meditate
Not actually - literally just sit for 30 minutes a few times a week and do nothing. You do not have to clear your mind. You just have to sit there and pay attention to your thoughts actively for a bit. Want to go up and do something else? Do it after the 30 minutes are up.
I have found that at the very least, I feel rejuvenated and a sense of "being alive", it acts as a soft reset for whatever my day was like, Most times I think of things I wanted to do more easily, and also have increased drive to do them.
Also, please have no worry that you don't know what you want to do yet. Just don't give up on yourself and stop looking. Thank you for caring enough to ask even. Be well, my best of luck to you!
