I don't know what you're talking about smakers. It's common practice to backspawn by switching loadouts, so you can keep the Über percentage. Some people not knowing the mechanic doesn't change the fact that it's totally legitimate and no "exploit" in any way. There's even an allowed console command that defines this game behaviour: tf_respawn_on_loadoutchanges. "When set to 1, you will automatically respawn whenever you change loadouts inside a respawn zone."

October 30 update: Added ConVar to disable floating health icon (tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health). When disabling floating health, the background of the HP box is slightly darker now because it overlaps with the TargetID’s background shade but this way both 1 and 0 are supported in broeselhud_blue 3.6, so it’s fine in my opinion.

Yes, I maintain the alternative files as well. They've been working without a fix though because the HP above players' heads is based on a file I've added earlier in version 3.5 (healthiconpanel_regular).

TargetID HP above players' heads is a Valve change, there's no way to revert it for now. You can try FAQ #9, maybe you find numeric TargetID HP less intrusive than the HP box.

Open resource/clientscheme. Look for "Damage Numbers". The first 3 numbers represent red, green, blue. RGB codes can be found here for example: http://www.rapidtables.com/web/color/RGB_Color.htm The 4th number is opacity, don't change it.
