Just tested it and "!log" works for me so it shouldn't be HUD related I think. However, I've heard some people encounter the same problem as you. Not sure what it is about, can't help you for now.

I don't care much about the recognition, I enjoy improving this HUD for my personal use and released broeselhud_blue because you stopped updating it. However, if you refuse to publicly admit that you are heavily "inspired" by my version and directly copied certain things (especially in version 2.8), that's a downright lie and just sad...
Edit: Taking things from somewhere else is absolutely fine. The problem is not giving credit or even denying that you did it.
Open resource/ui/huditemeffectmeter_killstreak.res and change xpos in the HudItemEffectMeter section (this way you move the whole thing), the value should be around "-500" if you want it far left.

Open resource/ui/hudplayerhealth.res, set visible to 1 in the HealthCrossBorder section at the top.
