You can use the normal method in hudlayout - xhairs.res (old fashioned)
I much prefer vtf crosshairs.
Here's DOLPHINRIDER's guide on how to use them.
I made some custom ones located in materials/vgui/replays/thumbnails/xhairshadow
or
materials/vgui/replays/thumbnails/xhairflat

how do you change the colors of the vtf crosshairs?
edit: how do you even use vtf crosshairs i tried turning them on and fucked something up and now not even knuckles crosshairs show

i went from just under 100 fps to mid 200s-low 300s with -gl
i7 4790 3.6/4.0GHz
intel HD4600 integrated
no discrete gpu
8g ram
ssd if that matters
playing at 1152x720 with comanglia
was dx81 below
frame counts are with the steam fps overlay thing not netgraph
