you can probably copy/paste hudplayerhealth.res from an updated pvhud and put it in my hud, and then open scripts/hudlayout.res and change the x/ypos of hudplayerhealth until its placed correctly.

i have a thing in extras called hudplayerhealth - health only only or soemthing
you can just rename it and overwrite the file in resource/ui called hudplayerhealth.
if its not big enough for you, you can change the font to something bigger. change the value of 'playerstatushealthvalue' and healthvalueshadow to maybe hudfontbiggerbold or hudfonthuge

edit: nvm im dumb read the op so what do i change and where to get it centered? i just copy and pasted the flame folder into my resource folder for your hud.
inside of each of the 3 files in that folder there is just crosshair x/ypos values.
you have to probably not touch the ypos at all and find out the xpos of at LEAST the main xpos in hudplayerhealth.
you just keep changing it, saving the file, and then doing hud_reloadscheme.
Also @Victor I moved the voicechat thing up a little bit in the next version. you'll all prob have to update tonight anyway when/if tf2 updates.
