rowrowI've been interested in searching in different ways, and this article doesn't include anything like "Careers are short" but it does cover 5 points and includes the challenges of each point within the industry
http://www.newzoo.com/insights/the-5-factors-defining-the-future-of-esports/
I could definitely use this as well. Thanks for looking around.
flametheres a merlini article you might want to use http://money.cnn.com/2014/08/28/investing/ben-wu-dota-video-games/
I can definitely pull some stuff from this, thanks.

I saw this one, not the one I was originally thinking of. But thank you.
Not sure if anyone will be able to help with this, but I am in search of an article. I'm currently writing a position paper for a writing class, discussing whether or not becoming a professional gamer is a viable career choice, exploring both sides of the argument.
There was an article I read somewhat recently (within the past month or so? not sure when it was actually published) that was discussing esports, and had 5 or so different points within the article talking about different things within the industry. I specifically remember one of the points towards the bottom of the article saying "Careers Are Short" or something to that affect. It then went on to talk about why careers in esports are so short and how most end by your mid to late 20's, due to slowing reaction times and young talent always coming up or something like that. Keep in mind this was just one point within the article, not the topic of the entire thing.
I know that isn't a lot of detail, but I'm hoping someone here that has read this article knows which one I'm talking about. I was dumb and didn't bookmark it at the time, but I could really use it in this paper that I'm writing. I've literally spent an hour looking for it, and haven't come up with it yet. And yes, I searched my history but found nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks bros
my attempt at bob ross
i used to love this shit as a kid
man playoffs are going to be pretty fuckin crazy
See you in playoffs.
Good shit. I will love using this on casts for random statistics to throw out there during stalemate periods, rather than just saying "and yes the sniper is STILL trying to get a pick here to open things up" repeatedly
KarlAvastKarlfission reactors essentially distill water so you would have power and clean water if you managed to get a nuclear reactor to mars.
You'd have to ship fuel and control rods out there too in addition to the not small task of placing a nuclear facility on environmentally hazardous planet, and that doesn't even begin to cover waste disposal so idk about the feasibility of that.
Shipping conventional fuels would weigh more and take up more space and most people overestimate the volatility of nuclear power + waste disposal as aircraft carriers and many submarines are powered by nuclear power plants.
The amount of money it would cost to even get that kind of weight to mars would be tremendous.
Good. This was needed.
10k+ viewers, and just getting started!
Looks awesome, wish I could be there. Sadly college is a thing.

LulzyJust started this years at Bucks County Community College.
Small campus so probably nobody here, but it's worth a try.
I go to West Chester University. BCCC is like an hour or so from here, if that counts.
