from rules: A team cannot have more than 7 players on the server. As in, if you need to switch a player out. The player currently on the server must leave prior to the new player joining.
shadowburn has applied color correction on the video, if you want similar effect when playing try sweetfx

did you install any software/updated drivers recently?
if you did, try rolling them back if you didn't update all drivers
try removing all custom files and type -default and -autoconfig to launch options and check
if this works try adding all custom files one by one to see which is causing it
try switching to dx9

ok, so for SOME reason after i updated windows to the latest version, it's not happening anymore
i'll see if it sticks but thanks to everyone who tried to help
Crsp Broesel's main menu is missing advanced options and stats button is doing nothing
