cl_crosshair_file "" switches the crosshair to "none" so default one
if it's not working for you (in crosshair switcher...) just create a cfg that contents only this command and execute it

there was a .vpk in cleantf i belive
it might not work (or require preloading) on sv_pure 2 tho

_unlit_weapons_noskins - Makes weapons unaffected by shadows and removes gunmettle skins, gives more FPS
also newer skins are probably not removed

So, yesterday i installed the anniversary update for windows 10 and my fps in TF2 felt better, i tested it using benchmark and went from:
2639 frames 16.746 seconds 157.59 fps ( 6.35 ms/f) 10.864 fps variability
to
2639 frames 15.832 seconds 166.68 fps ( 6.00 ms/f) 9.992 fps variability
witch is pretty significant in my opinion
