The r8 was already alright on t side ecos if you tried to hit a few prefires. It's still super accurate while moving and i don't want it to be viable while it is though

i think you need to disable 'resampling' in vegas by right clicking on the media in the timeline (yes, each one if you use more than one, it sucks). that'll fix the weird blurriness
also the best way to render is to render to an uncompressed avi file from vegas, then use handbrake to encode it to something within youtube's bitrate guidelines

Turbotabs purposefully sabotages NA production so the one true region can reign
Also EU has casted every match because we're lucky and have loads of casters and it's way easier for NA people to help out at 3pm than EU people to help out at 5am
As cornpop said, they prioritise close matches over rolls with one top team

This might be mat_filterlightmaps 0 (and another command?). Look up stabby's cfg, I'm on mobile and he has the required cvars bound to tab (they need to be set to 0 in the server for them to work)
If not it's probably nvidia inspector LOD stuff which as you've been over before doesn't work with Intel

how on earth are you able to compare two teams who play in different leagues when you can count on one hand the number of times matches between teams in those leagues have occurred
it makes no sense to put etf2l high teams in with esea IM teams when there's no results linking them
