If you add a "visible_minmode" to the section that defines the hud crosshair in hudlayout.res, you can change it to 0 or 1, which turns it on or off when you change cl_hud_minmode between 1 and 0
Also next time ---> search for things like this before you make a thread
QLIQmaybe ill disclose information about my life to people on a need to know basis as for speaking in this thread i`m not gonna be too open here.OP
QLIQif i didn't cooperate and withheld myself from taking medication in there i would have been stuck in there for months or i would have had to battle it in court So just to get the fuck out of there i cooperated and did the shit i was asked
I like r_drawviewmodel 0 + viewmodel_fov 30, it makes it so the end of the healbeam and full uber particle effect don't take up the middle of your screen
For some people (including me) lowering resolution barely does anything at all.
It's worth a shot, and trying other things might be a good idea too, but make sure you do a timedemo to compare framerates.
If you don't know what a timedemo is, just record a short demo (like 30 secs) of intense firefights, like a 32 man pub or something, and type timedemo <demoname> in console, and it'll run through the demo and print out your average framerate and variability. That way you can make changes to individual settings and come up with the combo that best fits your rig.
WowzersIm comfortable with my sensitivity right now
if this is true don't ask
but very generally, 3 to 12 in/360 is good to go
- I'm pretty sure most people compress the avi when they render it in virtualdub(usually with Lagarith Lossless Codec), otherwise you're gonna be getting some huge huge files, especially at a high framerate
- Recording at higher fps is still a good idea if you want to have a high quality video. I don't do slow-mo at all and I still use srcdemo to record at 400+ fps because the motion blur is so much nicer, I would really recommend it
- VDM files have issues with audio syncing, not aware if there's been any patch for this
- Lawena also imports its own graphics configs and default settings into your game when you launch TF2 with it on, and if it crashes it's irritating to move the files back correctly so I'd recommend backing up your cfg, resource and scripts folders before recording
- your virtualdub link doesn't work
nemo it looks like you actually tried to do that 11 times, i can see the average
crosshair 0, or cl_crosshair_scale 0
these are the questions you can google or ask a friend about in the future
I made a hud, honestly don't know if it works in anything but 1920x1080 so be warned

routing problems most likely, do a traceroute and message your isp about it
drop the bass to the floor
this is not black ops
my average time went from like 245 to 195 when i covered up the text
