I am in test mode and the driver is signed, when I try to install the driver it just gives me this http://i.imgur.com/6NtYILm.png and my mouse stops working, same as drew.
I can install a different unsigned mouse driver that I've been using for several months perfectly fine, however.
I'm getting the same problem as Drew, please post a fix if you come up with a solution.

alias demojumps "mp_tournament 1; sv_allow_wait_command 1; sv_cheats 1; net_fakelag 15; mp_restartgame_immediate 1; wait 900; hurtme -180"
bind <key> demojumps
im not sure of the hurtme value for soldier
I'm almost positive your problem is due to using xvid to compress the files. Use lagarith or something else.
looking at your profile, you have 98.2 hours in the past two weeks
it's really hard to maintain a high level of focus for that level of playtime in a single day, let alone days in a row. from what i know most people get burnt out if they dm or mge for more than an hour
the best thing you can do is take a break, and make sure when you approach whatever you're doing in tf2 that you're fresh and can pay attention
the way i see it there's no such thing as high/mid/low/low-low open
there are either teams that are around ready for IM and everyone else is just trying to get better, there's no point in making distinctions
i wouldn't be able to be a faggot on pyro if i didn't have a degreaser
Try to get a solid understanding of how to play every class.
The roamer skillset is pretty simple and once you can hit rockets and rj decently the dm doesn't change all that much. It just comes down to comms and knowing what you can get away with.
JayNot sure if this actually works to prevent stuttering, but I remember grape posting this.

I was about to post it again too. But yes MSI afterburner has a hardware cap on your fps so the game won't stutter when you use it. Also as a side note, I use a mouse accel driver that's not fps dependent and functions like quake accel from what I understand. I'll link it later, I'm on my phone right now, but it's called moudrv for anyone interested.
it doubles your sensitivity on the x-axis only
upgrading to an actual wired gaming mouse from that will make a difference, yes
also, the blocky look from maxframes is just "mat_filtertextures 0" and "mat_filterlightmaps 0" instead of 1 in highframes, so you can change the blocky look in either if you want to
