I would consider using this but distance the closecaptions actually show events seems rather small. Is there a way to increase the range?
from my experience the best .exe for cpm is quake3e (http://edawn-mod.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7), it has fewer problems with resolution/aspect ratio, the mouse input is a lot better, and it actually gets updated
also helpful commands:
- to make your xhair on 16:9 not be stretched, use cg_crosshairsize (n*3)x(n*4) for any n, e.g. 21x28
- r_mode -1; r_customwidth 1920; r_customheight 1080; r_fullscreen 1 for custom resolutions

WalrusWhat if I want to change the colouor of my uber percentage with KBNhud. It works until i actually uber then it goes back to white. Same if my ammo goes into the "red." Is there anyway to change/fix that?
change the fgcolor for chargemeter in resource/ui/HudMedicCharge.res
then change the chargemeter fgcolors under event HudMedicCharged and HudMedicChargedStop in scripts/hudanimations_tf.txt

I'm assuming the blurriness you're talking about is just the frame blending from your clips, it looks fine if you're not looking at stills, but if you really want that to look better, you can record at a higher framerate, or lower your shutter angle if you use srcdemo2 (which you really should do).
i use it to see if dm servers are filled
maybe try displaying the map name, that would be nice for surf/jump servers in particular
