idk about costs in the us but seeing a physical therapist is ideal. like others have said, take a break until you can come back and play 30 minutes or so without pain. when you get back to playing, do it with moderation. playing 3 hours of mge (idk if u do) is behind you. like flame said, lifting helps. you basically wanna build up wrist and hamd strength. tbh i used to climb a bit few years back and that helped me a lot, though i realise thats pretty inaccessible. and this isnt at all a good thing to do, but ibuprofen or any anti-inflammatory can basically remove the pain for a while, so if you go to lan or something that is an alternative, though when i do it i wake up with a useless hand which hurts constantly for a few days.
