I'm pretty sure that was clockwork saying that donations would be pushing it since the documentary then (Jan, 2013) was considered late. The same point still applies; it's been almost a year (which I presume no one expected) and now you want money for the 50 fps version?
Just for the record, most serious frag movies have a free 50 (or 60 or something?) fps version available for download. A lot of people (myself included) probably assumed this would be the case for the documentary as well.
