#1 Nvidia Inspector not working (GTX 650) in Q/A Help

Earlier in the year, I used Nvidia Inspector for flat textures, but stopped for ESEA. I'm trying to get it to work again, but now it has no effect on the game

audiei've spent 2.5 hours tweaking this and made a more centralized, minimal version
i also fixed scoreboard, it showed nothing but names and classes for me
downside though, the spec id panel is cut off and i'm not sure how to fix it
also invis weapons aren't included, it's just some stupid skin i have
forgive me for my stupid crosshair
