Fixed it by lowering my bitrate to 500. Ping is slightly higher than normal, but it's fairly stable.

I just noticed how short the community section was... That could have easily been added to the competitive section. The section coming tomorrow is apparently not even TF2-related so that could stay separate. But still, it would be better to have all of the TF2 stuff in one video.

When I stream, I have a really unstable ping, often between 70 and 300ms. I use ffsplit, and my settings are:
Video Bit Rate: 768 kbps
Video Encode Preset: Default
Resolution: 576x360
Frame Rate: 30fps
Audio Bit Rate: 128 kbps
Audio Channels: Stereo
I have 12 Mbps download, 1.5 upload. I only have TF2, Mumble, ffsplit, IRC, and Chrome open while streaming. Am I doing something wrong or is it my internet?
