My bad, yeah I meant steam. And alright I'll try it out. Do I have to reinstall TF2 if I already have it installed on my C drive?
I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it with the GCF files, but I don't know how. You can probably just google and get an answer.

Why doesn't the twitch chat work? Some messages seem to not ever reach the server meanwhile other messages do. There are also disconnects from the server itself once in a while.

eulogy_JOEThe only thing issue I would see is your HDD. But that wouldnt hurt your performance much if any(I think), I would suggest upgrading to a high speed HDD, but thats just me.
