this is how we are determining if my brother is getting a haircut
Well you don't really need to learn about all the different parts and specs because someone here hopefully will suggest a build, but pcpartspicker could be a good resource, and tomshardware makes lists of top components for various price ranges, although there will certainly be discrepancies depending on your specific needs. Once you know what parts you want, just watch a youtube video of someone doing a build, or try to just google an online guide. It really is just as easy as playing with expensive legos, and as long as you are careful its pretty hard to screw up. When stuck, just look at the installation instructions that come with whatever parts you ordered. The only issue I had on my first build was a faulty motherboard, and most companies have very good RMA systems, so I had it replaced free of charge withing a week.
I have a computer that can run TF2 consistently at 144 fps, so I have vertical sync on. It also supports triple buffering, and I can play at the twice refresh rate +1 figure that people tend to recommend 100% of the time. Which should I go for to minimize input lag?
I live in Ithaca. Ithaca college is pretty overpriced and isn't fantastic outside of music, but Cornell is really nice and depending on your major, its pretty easy to get into, although they tend to be quite strict bout transferring credits.
Looks good, hopefully will get played
You are. I agree with marm here. I think that froyo definitely has the top 6 and if not, close to the top in each role of the team worldwide, and I don't really think Its possible to beat them without a massive practice advantage since they have the best DM and cohesion .
I don't think that bootcamping for a couple of weeks is going to make or break froyo , but I could be wrong.
I forgot Manpower was a thing
I just hope that they get it sorted out soon. I really don't want th only show I I've enjoyed enough watch weekly to go out, especially like this.
lot of good places in the rockies that I would consider living in
If your motherboard doesn't even have a graphics output, make sure that your gpu is receiving power properly, and if that is not the issue, then see if you can exchange it for someone else's to see if it is actually the source of your woes.
I played on and old old old ass laptop that i had to prop above a fan with tissue boxes to it would't overheat. I didn't have enough desk space for a mouse, so I had to use a track pad, which trust me is worse than the worse mouse imaginable. I know that because soon after I moved up to using a mouse that had fallen on a heater and was all warped from the heat. I also have internet that just decided to cut out and go up and extra 200 ping occasionally, although most of the time it is decent.
Now I have a high-end gaming PC that I built, and a 144hz monitor and on my nice new desk a 17x13 mouse pad on which I use my new Zowie mouse, and by god if it isn't the nicest thing I have ever experienced. Definitely worth the money after that hell of being a teenager without a job. I still have to deal with the internet though. :c
I am likely getting a OnePlus One in the coming days now that I have finally gotten my hands on an invite. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what carriers to choose.
AT&T has the best coverage in my area compared to T-Mobile, but I really want to use Cricket, due to their using AT&T and T-Mobile towers and lower pricing. I have heard that there are some issues on data throttling though, although that is likely not going to be a huge issue for me. Also, if anyone has a referral that they want to dish out, I would love one.
And since I have never gotten an unlocked phone and then later found a carrier with a SIM card to use it one, I am not really sure about the process. I know Cricket has it on their website for 9.99 and you get it when you buy the service, but AT&T has absolutely no information about it on their website.
