reminds me of this video..
wiggle the cable where it leaves the mouse. If it cuts out and in from wiggling, send it back to logitech or fix it yourself. The cable inside have been torn. You should invest in a mouse bungee to create some slack.
Do you have another config.cfg in your custom folder? If you do, remove it.

sorry, looked around for some pci-e x4/x1 graphics and i found these on newegg
but they're all low end, and you're not going to get any better.
Honestly, not worth it.

If it is a desktop, you might have a chance. Though you'll be limited by the power supply and interface options.
Foxi already have my taskbar locked, so that's definitely not the solution
From the thread linked above...
aykarinI use a program called Cursor Lock for my PC. (link - http://www.snakebytestudios.com/projects/apps/cursor-lock/)
I used to use this when I had higher sens and accel. You can set a hotkey to toggle a mouse locked to a monitor/window.
could you add a _minmode option? The defaults were way too close and since this is very "high vis", I pushed it to the corner.

SylvesterCorsayou have to pay to switchjp_Switched to different lines that didn't have any corrosion. Problem with flaky connection went away. How'd you switch?
???
That's only if you need AT&T to come over and wire things in the house for you.
There were multiple phone lines (practically one in each room) inside the house that went into a junction box (in the garage) leading outside. I removed the plastic cover from the phonejacks and looked for wires without corrosion. I found one with 2 lines (4 wires), corroded line and an unused line. I connected it to the jack and changed the connections in the junction box in the garage.
Instead of doing all that first, you should just open the plastic cover to the RJ-11 jack that your modem connects to and inspect from that end. Also if you have different filters, you should try them. I had more success with different ones.
Also give a call to AT&T? I had a good time calling up their techs to dig my neighbor's yard.
Does http://www.wowway.com/ cover your area?
how old is the building?
Last time I had dsl the home wiring was entirely corroded. Switched to different lines that didn't have any corrosion. Problem with flaky connection went away.
IMO, DSL is a lot more reliable than cable. Though AT&T is fucking expensive.
