There's two types of crosshairs(?)
ImagePanel vs CExLabel
ImagePanel is simply a rectangle you can resize and reposition to look like a crosshair.

CExLabel takes text. Most huds come with a crosshair font face.

Vegas = OpenCL acceleration for both Nvidia and AMD
Premier6 = Cuda for Nvidia, OpenCL for 2/3 MacOS AMD cards.
Really sucks for AMD users on Premier.

Deathadder too has problems, mouse feet too thin, switches wear out fast

Go RTFM and looks for the bios settings to lower the fan speeds.
Be honest with your team, try to have some man to man talks with tears and e-hugs at the end of discussions. If that still doesn't fix it...Leave or cut people.
What league are you guys in? Perhaps going to a lower division is best.

I think I have a similar problem but I'm not certain. I too use accel but the Driver based one.
