The g403 is in general a far safer shape to go with than the g pro, and I would imagine that if he had a problem with it spinning out he would mention it

Building a pc is much easier than what most people think, do your research and run the build by someone with knowledge before buying the parts. If you're still not confident enough you can probably get someone to help you build it via skype

G pro has a worse shape than the g403 and the g403 wireless is even better. The 3360 spins out way less but spinning out the 3310 is incredibly hard, so yes you don't need to upgrade just for the sensor

The dm1 pro S is definitely better but their is a chance you might get a faulty model. But you really aren't going to be seeing a change in your gameplay by upgrading
