Is it possible to have this type of thing but with a spectator-esque view? Like how when you're spectating in any server and can move freely; something like that?

Sorry for the late response, but have you tried the default "suggested" interp values or even 0? Are you watching STVs or POVs? If this is no longer an issue, then no need to answer.
