I have the Hyper X cloud 2s

its symptoms

Moving the cable that goes from headset to sound card can cause a static noise

Muting mic with the mute mic button sometimes stops it to work altogether and requires replugging to fix

sometimes mic just stops work and needs replugging

It is possible to just buy a new sound card for the Cloud 2s and i was wondering whether my sound card is broke or the actual headset
