I have a problem with you stating and using these logs as evidence. Oops, I didn't realize the linked logs was an official vs. a PCW. Rest of the post is me talking about the PCW on WAR's stream.

WAR very clearly said they were trying it out to see if it was a viable alternative to demo (source, his stream for that PCW and on these forums). It's 1 PCW, it's not largely indicative of anything, honestly.

You're also giving Epsilon a huge amount of undue respect (in terms of acceptance), assuming that they're the masters of meta, which I think we all know isn't so true of this season.

I watched about two rounds of the PCW, and it really, REALLY seemed like WAR would've done more damage by randomly flinging pipes while doing 420 no scope spins. I wish I was joking, but, his damage on heavy was really miniscule (evidence: damage numbers during his lives on heavy).

Karova has been nice to me and has a ton of experience and really solid DM.

As long as they get people who can listen and are at least decent from the start I could see them going very far, definitely into playoffs.

That is sick. So, basically, there are around 21,000 unique users of logs.tf? And maybe reduce that a bit for alts. That is nuts. Do you have more graphs of this stuff? Especially broken down by region?

As for the second graph, is that new uniques per month? i.e. there were around 4000 new players in the month of May?

Man, I'd love to see graphs like these for Sizzling too.
