It's too much work; we were considering adding shirts as a perk but it's far more work than we can manage at the moment. It'd have to be on an individual basis.

For Indiegogo, there are two options: Fixed Funding and Flexible Funding. Kickstarter runs on Fixed Funding. Flexible Funding means that even if we don't reach our goals, we'll get our money, but at a reduced rate (Indiegogo takes 9% vs the 4% as in both Fixed and a successful Flexible Funding fundraiser).

I wouldn't be so hard on yourself. You should always strive to improve, doesn't matter where you're starting from. As defiance said, there's still plenty of time if you get started right now.

I don't know if you're looking to do mentoring, but as long as you let your mentee know that you're still learning, they're going to understand (at least, they will, if they're worth your time).

Just confirmed with enigma that we'll have some nicely-named ESEA Invite demos hosted on TF.TV. Sorry Tommunist, not to rain down on your link (download it if you want it!). I'll probably download them and see how you named/catagorized them, too, make them all nice and unified.
