It's the same as raw input + sniper scope sensitivity 1:1 + no acceleration (-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd)

_KermitI just went from 8.100.0 to 8.100.1 and I did a quick benchmark, I went from 294fps in the benchmark to 266. I've not actually played the game properly with 8.100.1 but thought you might want to know.
Edit to say this was the medium preset, specs are a 3700x @stock and a 1080ti, also stock.
First off, thank you for the report! Keep in mind that timedemos can vary a lot and that 294FPS to 266FPS is a bit less than 0.36 milliseconds. That being said, fps_max 1000 was added, and unlike fps_max 0, it checks the frame time each frame, so you may find that setting it to 0 as instructed will improve performance. I am currently debating on whether or not to make 1000 or 0 the default, since the large majority of users will not encounter 1000FPS.
This change in FPS may have also been caused by datacachesize 208, instead of the old datacachesize 256. Please see if that changes anything, too. However, I would be wary about making it the default, as datacachesize 256 takes residency of the entire heap, instead of also allowing the hunk to allocate memory in that space, whiich may cause issues down the line.
