#5 Huge VAC ban wave (CS:GO) in Other Games
blinKIts not like they cant play anymore they will just make an alt and play. it should really be made public so we can back trace peoples ip's and hostsmasks to label the cheaters accordingly. Thats what we did in tfc and it worked.

apparently one of the new features of vac3 is if you run a cheat on a computer with multiple accounts, you get flagged on all those accounts regardless if you only used the cheat on one of the accounts. so valve's got that all figured out.

CHERRY(And yeah I know, you shouldn't be able to bet during games, it'll propably show who you bet on on the header)

this is what other betting sites do, embedding the stream is a good idea.

defytypically with tf.tv casts for esea matches the stats are displayed at the end of the match, rather than it just being pasted in chat. which is more or less what i'm referring to

thing is, with the new overlay system i am using i have to make custom designs for each logs site. i only have esea's so far and i'll probably finally get to finishing the rest this weekend. the stats usually are pasted in chat but i prefer to have features fully working and ready to go rather than just showing rushed and ugly stats overlays.

#5 Graphics/FPS Discussion in Customization

heads up, 90% of the launch options you specified in the op actually do not do anything or are pointless (or removed) in this version of the source engine. the only important ones are the dxlevel (which should be removed after first launch anyway) and nojoy (which really just removes joystick mode and doesnt improve performance).

just follow the launch options you find with the high/maxframes configs.

LangeThis is an intensely stupid idea, but I'm wondering if it'd be possible to embed arbitrary data into the STV feed somehow. Usermessages sent to the STV bot get replicated to all relays and viewers and are also written to the demo. This is why the ready/not ready hud display on the CEVO match mod shows up in STV, it explicitly sends that data to the STV bot so that casters can see it, and it does so by writing and dispatching a raw usermessage. Perhaps this could be abused by a server-side plugin to transmit some extra data?

i've been waiting for a way to do this in order to transmit caster voices across an stv relay.
