#13 Rainbow Six Siege - Live gameplay stream on Twitc in Other Games

you know they're gonna aim for consoles over pc in terms of competitive, thats the impression i get from this. it seems like a fairly mediocre game to be honest.

#10 "CS:GO could get its own international tournament" in CS2 General Discussion

tf2 doesn't need an international, it needs a matchmaking system and some kind of introduction to and recognition of the competitive scene within the game. i would take the latter over an international any day.

#9 Unturned On steam! in Other Games
nickplusmthsad-snip-thats disgusting, I just dont understand why greenlight has so many games that even look good in screenshots and never make through but shit like this is on the store? For 6$?

with greenlight (afaik, correct me if i am wrong) you don't need to actually have a working version of your game to post, just $100 and some concept screenshots. so people vote for stuff that sounds cool but the developers release something completely terrible and broken. it's a flawed system and valve needs to scrap it.

#5 Unturned On steam! in Other Games

dude, this game is still on steam and its way worse than what you linked. that's proof that there is no quality control on steam anymore. seriously, watch the trailer for this shit, it speaks for itself. also here's jim sterling playing the game for the first time.

#5 Dual link DVI port? in Hardware
EvrewsPlingYou have a graphics card in that build. You will plug the monitor into that, not the motherboard. And yes, the graphics card supports dual link DVI.
Thanks. Does anyone know if the GPU runs fine with the 144hz monitor?

yeah it should

#1 need advice on a laptop in Off Topic

so I've decided to buy a laptop since an ipad won't cut it when I'm away and need to finish projects. I was looking at an asus vivobook 13.3" but I'm pretty undecided and I need some advice. my budget is around $650 to 700 and I just need the laptop to be able to run photoshop decently as well as maybe small games like warcraft 3 or the like (but that runs on everything). thanks

#11 Huge VAC ban wave (CS:GO) in Other Games
mebmthsadblinKIts not like they cant play anymore they will just make an alt and play. it should really be made public so we can back trace peoples ip's and hostsmasks to label the cheaters accordingly. Thats what we did in tfc and it worked.apparently one of the new features of vac3 is if you run a cheat on a computer with multiple accounts, you get flagged on all those accounts regardless if you only used the cheat on one of the accounts. so valve's got that all figured out.damn that's fucking incredible. do vac banned cheaters lose their cs:go items? I can't even imagine how many paranoid 13 year olds there are out in the wild right now with tears in their eyes

interestingly it doesn't work like in tf2: they get to keep their items but they get trade banned so they can't trade them away to another account.
