Stuttering issues

About 5 months ago i got an internet downgrade (no longer on an ethernet cable it's wireless and fluctuates) and i have pretty bad internet but the first 3 months tf2 ran smoothly. Now out of nowhere (maybe an update) i've been having these stuttering issues on some servers.
It's mainly on servers with mge plugin and i have very little issues on pubs/scrim servers/ultiduo/etc
so i'm wondering if theres some magic console command that will make servers less stuttery
nvm it's because the servers i visit are stuttery for others as well i confirmed with friends. i don't stutter nearly as much on other servers.

MR_SLINOblivionageidk if i saw someone pour 1.5k+ hours into a single class i wouldn't think they hacked. sniper classi dunno....how many hours do you think lance armstrong spent cycling/preparing for cycling before resorting to cheating? what about barry bonds? mark mcgwire?
also, number of hours could create this aura of legitimacy that allows a person to hack.
i mean who knows -- there could be plenty of players who hack just enough to make playoffs, or just enough to make the next LAN. you'd never really know.
i don't know about those people, but generally the people who resort to cheating are really retarded and dont have the dedication to get to a high level in tf2 (there are exceptions obviously) in my eyes if you have the will to pour that many hours into a class then you actually care about legitimacy, and are decent at it.
