shinsoThere is a mod called noeffects mod, it's very outdated and the majority of the effects are still in the game but some get removed (mostly the old ones but even then some of the old ones are still in the game)

does not work in sv_pure servers btw

Did you copy over the relevant parts of hudmatchstatus as well as the timer files?
i copyed over hudmatchstatus and hudobjectivetimer and huobjectivekothtimer
