The Hundred is really good, it is sort of a combination of Lost and Game of Thrones.
Probably with the next Campaign, 1st Campaign came out in 2nd of July, Tough break started in 17th of December, which is about 6 months in between the 2. So 6 months after Tough Break campaign start puts us in Mid June.
I would say late June or early July. More exact, either 23rd of June or 7th of July.
Also makes sense because new campaigns usually bring lots of gameplay/weapon changes and new additions to the game (maps, weapons, features) combining matchmaking + new campaign would result in a really massive update. Also would be good if they added Sunshine to the official map and matchmaking pool.
1) I have noticed that if you don't stack with 6 players, you get matched against stacked teams more. For example me and my friends had a stack of 6 players and we were never matched against opposing 6 man comp. players stack, but when it was only 4 of us stacking, we had more games against 6 man comp. players stacks.
3) Random, always been either Luxembourg or Stockholm
5) 3 minutes, with a penalized player. usually under 1 minute without penalized player(s)
6) Really depends against who we got matched against, as of now I noticed that if you get matched against higher ranks, you get more exp/elo on win, if you get matched against lower ranks, you don't get as much. But I would say it takes from 10-12 games to rank up.

9) Never experienced, but I guess it's possible
10) As of right now, TF2 team didn't implement the system that matches you against similar or team average rank, so most of the games were against Rank 1 players. Didn't get challenging.
They have also updated the class portraits, the ones next to Tips.

Yep, seems to be happening only on Process, the only way to remove those visible Areaportals is by typing in console r_portalsopenall 1

Spectating. I used U instead of Ü to fit it in, didn't want to make it smaller, but of course It can be changed. LSMSL wasn't inspired by Rawrsor, I didn't see his screenshots before I started making it. Two great minds think alike :)
I kept it quite minimalistic, didn't want it to take way too much of the screen, easy to resize if what.
