those maps are either bad or dont work. i tried them all the only one i could see as slightly helpfull is the xbow map. i tried dodgeball and healing but they dont work.
you can just go on maps in the mappool and just practice jumps there. there are a lot of jumps on snakewater you can do which are fairly hard.
