My goal would be to 'get my head together' more or less throughout this year so that I can successfully enter college next year, and learn what I want to. I doubt I could currently.

Excuse my ignorance, but what teams are known to be alive in IM this season? I've been trying to find a list for this season or something of the likes and have found nothing. Trying to piece together the status of each division at the moment.

This is my first build, and I've been using it since about April, 2014. Cost $1100 at time of purchase, and runs like new still. Recently I bought an SSD for ~$140 which I'll be adding in the next few days. Wiring's a little bit messy but I had some odd cable lengths to deal with here and there. If it works it works, though.

Not to long before I had initially tried competitive in UGC Iron Highlander, I had been a part of a small community on Skial Hightower 24/7. Most of the people there seemed to be against playing competitive, but I had a friend outside of the server who got me started. The members of the Hightower community eventually went to [pG] to play tdm_hightower being "sick of tryhards" and the inevitable split occurred; some of the community stayed on the Skial server while the other half switched to the [pG] server. Most switched over, but what happened that really 'killed' the community was that people no longer played on either server anymore. Each went off to do their own thing. I'm friends with only one person that was a part of that community who no longer plays TF2.

Not sure how far you plan on going or how deep you've delved, but this site has a ton of great free multi-tracks to practice mixing so that you can develop a pretty good ear for your own mixes. The most important thing I can say with recordings: keep the headroom. I mix too many songs that're recorded rather hot, and it makes the process a pain to achieve a crisp, dynamic tone.

Why? I, and others in the community would enjoy a straight-forward answer (and not a round-about as is frequently given when a matter is analyzed, and questioned) as to why ESEA cannot extend the registration period this season, and is asking for registration fees to be payed before the end of registration - having fees paid when not knowing for certain what division you shall play in makes no sense. Honestly, the pressure ESEA is applying to get teams to register and pay fees early makes no sense when it's the holiday season and people are away, and possibly unable to get this information -- it feels as if ESEA's using Lange's "TF2 is dead" bullshit as an ulterior motive for whatever.

Also, I would like to apologize for being so harsh because that's a lot of my frustration just running off. Please be honest and explain why ESEA has come to the decision to act how it has, thank you.

Hey, so I got some money for Christmas and got a mechanical keyboard and a Samsung 850 EVO (250GB) SSD with the money. After I receive my items, I would like to begin using my HDD as a storage drive (eg, music, images, games, documents, etc.) and my SSD as my boot drive for Windows 7 and other programs. I already know that I can't do a direct transfer of my current HDD to my SSD because my SSD does not have enough space (current: HDD space used 352GB, SSD = 250GB). Is there a way to remove Windows 7 from my current HDD and programs installed while leaving my other files such as music, images, documents, etc. in tact and then install Windows 7 on my SSD?

I did some research for installing an SSD, but I'm still a little unclear on that. (Tired when I read through originally.) Any help's welcome.
