A good overall tip is learning when you should play aggressive and when you should be playing passive. Another good tip to learn, is learning how to not take a bunch of damage so you don't need to take up as much heals (Which in return, gives your scouts / soldiers more buffs.)

Having experience doesn't mean you're IM capable. There are plenty of people who have been playing for a while now, that are still in open. Most of the time, you're IM capable if your team made it to probably the semifinals, or finals. And its hard to see the skill of a medic.

If you want to use weapons that are retarded in the eyes of many people, go pub. If its that big of a deal its banned in his servers then don't play in that server?

You know you could just not click his stream and there wouldn't be any problems right? I don't know why people still care about this stuff.
