Soda Popper does more DPS than stock AFAIK
Second Banana refills twice as fast as sandvich and still gives 200HP making it a straight upgrade from sandvich imo
Quick Fix heals at 140% rate, forcing enemy team to either use it too or somehow do 40% more damage in midfight to win the fight

Id like Jarate being unbanned, and Mantreads seem ok, they arent better than gunboats by far

#1 Making single-core games run better in Hardware

Theres a lot of old games from early 2000's or so that run awful because they only use one core, or even encounter problems with more than 1 core systems
Is there any way of making these old games run better with modern CPU or use more cores?
Rome total war and Codename Panzers come to mind

JackStanleyThere is a mod that adds dxlevel 10 and higher support. Is there any difference? How does it work?

According to the author of this, you just uncompress the zip in your TF2 folder and put -dxlevel 101, 111 or 120 in launch options
DirectX9 Extended (-dxlevel 98) theorically adds many DX10 features already. Having -dxlevel 101 actually reduces framerate compared to dxlevel 98 for me.
About 5-10 fps worse for me in benchmark, results might vary depending on your card.

both are just "map is shit lol" without giving any reason
ah didnt know pugchamp players hated it, i used to do mixes on it and barely ever saw a team rejecting it and people usualy said they enjoyed it... also it got the most votes in the ETF2L map cup and positive feedback in the thread.
its not like the "new map = aids XD" players would give their feedback in the thread tho.

Koth_bagel disliked? I thought it was the most liked one in the new maps cup! Where did you get that feeling? The biggest complaint i heard from that map is that theres no transition zone.
Also warmfront doesnt really work as a koth map imo. The mid is too convoluted with that house building thing.

Granary/badlands used to be kings in the popularity contest
Now its process, and most people really dislike granary and reckoner. Product is often refused in scrims because "its just DM" - then you see open teams that have no idea how to forward hold or passive hold on that map
i think these 3 unpopular maps could be switched from time to time if a new map gets popular. In my opinion logjam was way more fun and less stale than reckoner for example.

also fuck eu pugchamp circlejerk that changes map manually when kalinka happens
