Why is it that modern ETF2L doesn't try new maps nearly as much as before?
We have pretty much the same "staple maps" from like 4 years ago + reckoner, wich has been the only new addition in the past 4 SEASONS. We even had a nice new map cup with loads of talented mappers but not even bagel made it into rotation depsite being praised by most of the participants.
I have this small nerd text about maps being first introduced to ETF2L by group of seasons (re-introductions not counted) and you can clearly see how past ETF2L season 13 theres very few.
i hate doing -700 HP and seeing someone survive because arrows exist
sure it takes skill to hit an epic airshot with arrows but it takes no skill to stnad still for arrows, makes fights stupidly long and its so frustrating running out of ammo jesus fuck i fucking hate valve and thei retarded med ideas. fights take like 5 times longer because people hide behind something and go "med arrow me". its so fucking dumb, it looks dumb, and its so bad for game flow

old bug but reload animation in stock needles takes shorter than the actual reload, its a bit out of sync.
- 40€ - PSU that doesnt die in 3 months
- 70€ - half decent intel 1151 mobo
- 60-150€ - Good pentium or i3
- 50€ - 4GB DDR4 RAM
- 60-100€ - 2nd hand graphics card of choice (GTX 670 is usually pretty cheap for the power it has)
- 0€ - Hard drive (reutilize one you have)
- 20€ - Basic case (or reutilize old one to save money)
300€-430€ + cost of hard drive if you want one
doable imo, i have a laptop with worse CPU that runs TF2 at over 120 fps with intel graphics
in my experience CPU is much more important than SSD when it comes to load times btw so if you're tight on a budget theres no point in getting one when you could spend that money on a better CPU

it can be toggled on/off with a command, you also have an autojump command for servers to hold space like in quake live
typtodeguwhy not simply use dx8I honestly don't know what has changed, but dx80 gives me white flickering, and 81 gives me game stutters for unknown reasons.
videocard manufacturers have dropped support for dx8 in drivers so you'd have to revert to old ones to get full support
the one in a lifetime opportunity of playing with pre-nerf stickies again !!
edit: is there anywhere to report bugs or is the proyect abandoned?
I really like it its pretty fun and theres so much you can do with gadgets and breaking walls
one annoying thing is visibility and the fact that you might get killed because someone is watching you through a 2cm wide hole or something
if you plan on buying, avoid the starter edition as it makes unlocking the agents 4 times more expensive
