Hey guys I'm looking for a team around mid open.

My hours on soldier are roughly ~300-400.
No serious team experience because it's always broke up for one reason or another.

My Schedule:
Monday-Friday:4-10 PM EST.
Saturday-Sunday: Nearly all day.

I've put a lot of commitment into improving as an individual but have never had a lucky break to get a chance to be on a good team.
Looking for a long term team to eventually go High Open+.

Always open for constructive critism and love to talk to people.
