i reccommend, warm up for just 10 minutes, this way you dont tire yourself out, warming up for longer may lead to fatigue in your hand, after wards, do these strecthes and than if you have time warm up for another 10 minutes maximum. These have actually made me feel much looser and less pain with my carpal tunnel / first dorsal interosseous muscles, before I used to have so much pain in between my thumb and index finger, after doing these stretches, Ive actually felt much better.

Ive been using the NAOS 7000 (free sargas 3200 mousepad when you get one right now) for a long while now its only been one of the best mice Ive ever used, Mionix's approach of Quality over anything else is reassuring, as well as the fact that they tell you everything about, they give you specs, NOT buzzwords, which is something Ive found great. If youre not a fan of the ergonomic shape, they also released the Castor which Ive also been hearing great reviews about. Both of these are meant of Right handers.

However if you are a lefty check out the Avior 7000 dont buy the 8200 series though, those are laser.

in all games, I will have this studdering atleast every 30 minutes or 5 seconds and i cant do anything, my game will act as if i have 1000 ping, but its a frame issue and will jitter. This has been happening since windows 10 came out, and its really annoying,if you can help bless your soul.

Hey everyone,

In an effort to get higher skilled players, were going to introduced a structured cycle system, as to not make pugs AS stale. Were going to run 3 pugs per map and cycle through, this is to one, help with new map jitters, as we all know the first is always the sloppiest and continues to get better as the map is played. This 3 pug cycle will help get more feedback for more maps tonight, as we will be running 3 or 4 maps tonight depending on how it goes.

can we agree that nvidia has better software support and super high end cards, and AMD has better price-to-performance cards and less software support

all for new maps & shit, but its the fact that most of them are gimmicky, and the only one that stands out (watergate) would be so easy to spawncamp its disgusting.
